Carol Jean (Schutz) Vogt

Carol J. Vogt , age 81, of Coloma, passed away peacefully, Wednesday morning, April 5, 2017 surrounded by her family.

She was born September 21, 1935 in Oshkosh, the daughter of the late Edward and Florence (Madsen) Schutz.  She married Harland O. “Butch” Vogt on September 10, 1977.

Carol graduated from Oshkosh High School in 1978. Mrs. Vogt enjoyed crocheting, watching the Green Bay Packers, going to church, playing bingo and watching Molly B.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Harland “Butch” Vogt; her daughter, Kristl ( Todd) Thompson; her granddaughter, Kali Thompson; one brother, Richard (Judy) Schutz; her sister, Mavis (Robert) Wolff; further survived by five stepchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, step grandchildren, cousins and friends. She is also survived by her fur babies, Rio, Tiger and Boots.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Elaine Reinert.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Coloma.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of services at the church. To share a story or memory with Carol’s family please visit, www.stahlfuneralhome.com
