Clyde Degroff

Clyde A. DeGroff age 87, of Bancroft, Wisconsin passed away peacefully into his Savior’s arms, Thursday June 29, 2023.
He was born April 18, 1936 in New York, the son of Hollis and Katie (Black) DeGroff in Ellicotville, NY.
Clyde served his country in the United States Army for 2 years before returning home to marry his wife of 61 years, Ruth (Wagner) DeGroff. He worked at Essex Wire in Marion, Indiana until he retired and moved to Bancroft, Wisconsin.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth L. DeGroff, Bancroft; his son, Darrell (Stephanie) DeGroff, daughter, Diana (Lorin) Miller, grandkids, Nathanial, Amanda, David, Kyle and Scott; 8 great grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Hebdon and Kathie (Allan) Fish; beloved family, Warren and Lia Wallner, other extended family and friends who were all the greatest joy of his life.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hancock Wesleyan Church, Hancock, Wisconsin.
