Colleen B (Detlor) Wetmore
March 28, 1931 — April 25, 2018
Colleen B. Wetmore , age 87, of Hancock, passed away Wednesday evening, April 25, 2018 at Silver Lake Haven in Wautoma.
She was born March 28, 1931 to James H. and Belle (Hurd) Detlor. She married John F. Wetmore on September 27, 1950 in Hancock. He preceded her in death on October 8, 2011.
Colleen was a 1949 graduate of Plainfield High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and working in her garden and flowers.
She is survived by her two sons, Tom Wetmore, Hancock, Tim (Pat) Wetmore, Wisconsin Rapids; six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; her brother-in-law, Wes Bowers; further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and a daughter-in-law, Barbara.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Stahl Funeral Home Plainfield. Colleen will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Hancock Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. Monday until the time of services at the funeral home.
