Constance “Connie” Hamilton, age 74, of Hancock, passed away Saturday evening, January 13, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born July 24, 1949 in Berlin Wisconsin, the daughter of John and Grace (Kos) Bushman. She married Richard Hamilton on June 27, 1970 in Wautoma, Wisconsin.

Connie grew up in the Hancock area where she graduated from Tri-County High School.  She was employed at the Tri-County Area Schools as the Administration Assistant.  Connie and Richard owned and operated the Conlin Court Mobile Home Park in Hancock.  She will be fondly remembered for her music talent, singing and directing the choir for St. Paul’s Catholic Church for many years. She cherished her time with family and loved vacationing.  She enjoyed cheering on her grandchildren at all of their events.

She is survived by her husband, Richard “Rich” Hamilton, Hancock; two children, Robert “Rob” (Katie) Hamilton and Cari (Clint) Pronschinske; grandchildren, Mariah (Matt Miller), Chase and Tye Hamilton, Erica and Victoria Pronschinske; her siblings, Teresa (Jim) Marconi, Jay (Leanne) Bushman and Kevin (Maryetta) Bushman; further survived by loving nieces, nephews, relatives, many special friends and her beloved doodle Bailee.

She was preceded in death by her parents John and Grace, in laws Stanley and Margaret, sister Christine and nephew Nicholas.

A special thank you to the Palliative Care Staff at Aspirus Hospital in Wausau.
