David James Ostrander Sr.

David J. Ostrander, Sr. 71 of Wisconsin Rapids, formerly of Plainfield passed away February 11, 2020 at Cranberry Court Assisted Living in Wisconsin Rapids.

David was born December 14, 1948, the son of Gerry and Ruth (Withers) Ostrander.

David was a kind man who enjoyed spending time with family and friends being a prankster and playing practical jokes.  He loved watching westerns and listening to music.

He is survived by his daughter, Mary Jane Ostrander of Beverly Hills, FL and his son, David J. Ostrander, Jr. of Sun Prairie, WI.  David, Sr. is further survived by his sister, Etta Hines of West Union, IA, sister, Sarah Flanigan of Pahrump, NV, and a brother James Ostrander of Plainfield, WI along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Gerry and Ruth, his brothers, Lee and Keith and a sister Annabelle Ostrander.
