Donna Rae (Rathermel) Wallner

Donna Rae Wallner , age 83, of Plainfield, passed away Monday morning, September 24, 2018 at Atrium-Riverview Lodge in Stevens Point.

She was born August 20, 1935 in Plainfield, Wisconsin the daughter of Franklyn Bound Rathermel and Elvera Sylvia Wollert.  She married Walker W. Wallner on June 18, 1955 in Milwaukee.  He preceded her in death on November 26, 2015.

Mrs. Wallner was employed for several years at Andrews Advertising Agency and later at Milwaukee Market Research.  She joined the Elmbrrok Garden Club, holding numerous positions including the President. She was very proud of the clubs fund raising efforts, local habitat improvement projects, as well as scholarships.  Donna loved to spend time with her family and friends both in the Brookfield, Plainfield and Hancock areas.

She is survived by her son Robert Walker  Wallner, Robert's wife Lorraine (Lorry) Wallner, Brookfield; her loving grandsons, John Walker Wallner and Joseph Robert Wallner;  further survived by her cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. Saturday until the time of services at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Plainfield Cemetery.
