Dorothy Mc Namee

Biography

Dorothy R. Mc Namee, age 94 died at Berlin Memorial Hospital on Saturday, May 21, 2011. She was born December 12, 1916, the daughter of Earl and Aggie (Deuel) Woodworth in Wautoma.
She taught school for six years and worked for the Federal Government for three years during World War II. In 1945 she married Howard Mc Namee. He preceded her in death on 1998 after 53 years of marriage.
Dorothy is survived by her three sons, Gale (Gail) Mc Namee, Earl (Maureen) Mc Namee, and Patrick (Kathy) Mc Namee; two daughters Joan (Ronald) Lehman and Jean (Robert) Lutz; 16 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. She will be cherished by all that knew her.
A Celebration of Dorothy's life will take place on Sunday, May 29, 2011 at 11:30am in the Leikness Funeral Home, Wautoma.
A time of visitation will be held on Sunday from 10:00am until the time of services at the Funeral Home.
