Francis John Stocks , age 75, of Redgranite, passed away at Preston Place on Wednesday, January 19, 2022.
Fran was born March 20, 1946 in Oconomowoc, WI., to James and Alice (Buth) Stocks. He married Brenda Obremski on September 11, 1999 in Berlin, WI.
Fran was a kind and gentle man. He spent many happy years working on the family farm in Oconomowoc. Fran worked for various companies before ending his career as a plumber. After retirement he enjoyed gardening, hunting and spending time with his family. Fran will be missed by all who loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda and children, Jessica (Paul) Pihart, Matt Stocks, Katrina (Jesse) Davies, Kayla Musick, Nathan (Cassie) Stocks, Julia (Alex) Feldner, Joanna (Paul) Jarvis, Christina Bongert and Carla Knitter; fifteen grandchildren, Xavier, Logan, Aiden, Lindsay, Annalee, Lily, Henry, Ethan, Oliver, William, Charlie, Chloe, Charles, Levi, Gianna; his siblings, Edward (Ellen) Stocks, Ronald Stocks, Charles (Eileen) Stocks, Gene (Miriam) Stocks, Charlotte Pladies, Marilyn (David) Sherman; sister-in-law, Sally Stocks; brothers-in-law, Thomas Zillmer and Richard Davies; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Sandy Zillmer and Marion Davies; brother, Larry Stocks; brother-in-law, Walter Pladies and sister-in-law, Bonnie Stocks.
A private family gathering will be held on February 13, 2022.
