Frank was born May 12, 1940 (Mother’s Day) in Chicago, Illinois. The son of Frank Joseph and Mae (nee Dombkowski) Nalepka, He attended St. Mary of Czestochowa grammar school in Cicero, Illinois. After graduating from St. Mel High School in Chicago, Il, he received his pharmacist degree from the University of Illinois, College of Pharmacy. He was a member of Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity. He was also a member of the Illinois Pharmacists Association and past-president of the Polish-American Pharmacists Association. He was a licensed, registered pharmacist  in  Illinois and Wisconsin. He was co-owner of Pinta-Warzecha Prescription Laboratory Inc., Chicago, Illinois and BrookPark Pharmacy Inc, Brookfield Illinois.  Retirement came after serving at Hines Veterans Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy in Hines, Illinois.

On August 11, 1962, Frank married the love of his life and best friend Joyce, (nee Augustyn). She survives him after 62 wonderful years of marriage.  Besides Joyce, survivors include their children, Barbara DiPaolo RPh (Antonio), Naperville, Il., Robert Nale, CPA (Elizabeth), El Dorado Hills, CA, Diane Rittmanic, CPA/MBA (Mark) Scottsdale, AZ, and Catherine Nale (partner Mike Toland) Riverwoods, IL. He was predeceased by his parents and infant brother, Norbert. He also leaves behind, many close relatives and friends.

Frank loved to fish, hunt, garden, bee keep and travel. He and Joyce loved cruising. Their visits included travelling to Australia and New Zealand on the west side of the globe, to Russia and Turkey on the east, including all of Europe. Poland and Italy got multiple visits. The Caribbean was covered by many cruises.

Frank always had a joke or funny story that he would love to share. He was never at a loss to share his humor with friends, patients, and customers. He lived. He laughed. Most of all, he loved. HE WAS A NICE GUY!

Frank was a charter member of St. Paul’s Knights of Columbus in Plainfield, Wisconsin. He was a Fourth Degree, Chain of Lake Assembly Waupaca Wisconsin and a member of the Honor Guard. He was active in the Church, serving on the Parish board and ushering.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. November 8, 2024 in St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Plainfield, WI.  Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. Friday until the time of services at the church. He will be laid to rest at St. Paul’s Catholic cemetery.  For further condolences, please visit www.stahlfuneralhome.com.
