Jake M. Van Loon
March 30, 1980 — February 9, 2024
Jake M. Van Loon, age 43, of Wautoma, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 9, 2024 at his home in Wautoma of natural causes.
He was born March 30, 1980 in Berlin the son of Alan and Cathy (Van Wie) Van Loon.
Jake graduated from Wautoma High School and excelled in music. His passion was working with various organizations to create the perfect light and sound displays. He was instrumental in assisting at the Wautoma PAC during all concerts and shows. He was a kindhearted individual that would do anything for anyone. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his brother, Colin (Avery) Van Loon, Appleton; further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many special friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
To honor Jake’s wishes, a private celebration of life gathering will be held in April in Stevens Point.
