Joellyn M. "Skip" Martin

JoEllyn M. "Skip" Martin, age 67, of Coloma, passed away Saturday morning, July 6, 2019 at her home in Coloma.
She was born May 10, 1952 in Iron River, Michigan the daughter of Lawrence and Ellyn (Rucinski) Westcott. She married Robert L. Martin on September 5, 1970 in Crystal Falls, Michigan.
Skip was a quiet and gentle lady that enjoyed traveling with her sisters, Patsy and her brother-in-law, Ray, bowling and spending time with family. She and her husband Bob owned and operated the Coloma Super Market for several years until their retirement.
Skip is survived by her husband of 48 years, Robert L. "Bob" Martin, Coloma; his children, Bobbie Jo and Tim Martin; her grandchildren, Megan and Nicolas; her sisters, Patsy Furmanski, husband Ray and Jill Furmanski, husband David; her brother, Tom Westcott, wife Debbie; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends including Gloria and Auntie Carol.
To honor Skip's wishes, private family services will be held on Wednesday in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield.
