John William Grigoliunas

John William Grigoliunas died peacefully, on Tuesday morning, September 3, 2024. He was born June 19, 1937 in Chicago, Illinois to John and Mae (Zweck) Grigoliunas.
John joined the United States Army on March of 1960 and was honorably discharged on March of 1966. He was an avid outdoorsmen enjoying watching wildlife.
He is survived by a sister, Catherine (William) Fandrey, a brother-in-law, Harry Barnes; three nephews and a niece; seven great nieces and nephews. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mae; sister ,Louise Barnes; nephew, Michael Barnes and niece, Gail Barnes.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield. Burial with full military honors will be in the Hancock Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. Saturday until time of services at the funeral home.
