Liam D. Peck

Liam D. Peck, age 16, of Plainfield, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 as a result of an automobile accident in the town of Pine Grove.

He was born July 18, 2008 in Wisconsin Rapids, the son of Russell “Rusty” Peck and Elaine M. (Engebretson) Peck.

Liam was currently a junior at Tri-County High School in Plainfield where he participated in band and bowling.  Liam was always the center of attention and keeping fellow students and friends laughing at his funny sense of humor.  In his early years he enjoyed playing soccer and participating in Cub Scouts.

He is survived by his father, Rusty Peck, Plainfield; his two sisters, Addison and Sydney and brother, Nathan. His maternal grandmother, Carol Engebretson; further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many special friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Elaine M. Peck; his maternal grandfather and paternal grandparents.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. A time to share memories will held at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home, follow by burial in the Hancock Cemetery. A memorial has been established in Liam’s name at the Portage County Bank.
