Myrna J. Kudronowicz, age 77, of Plainfield, passed away unexpectedly December 8, 2024 at Wisconsin Rapids Riverview Hospital.
She was born December 22, 1946 in California, the daughter of Bernard and Rojean (Perron) Newby. She married Damon Kudronowicz in October of 1974.
Myrna worked as a beautician for several years where she became known for her loving personality and dedication to family and friends. She moved to rural Plainfield in 1995. She truly loved people and was the most genuine lady anyone could meet, always willing to help anyone. She was an active member of the Hancock/Coloma American Legion Auxillary. She will be fondly remembered for her love of jewelry, playing bingo and camping on her land in Babcock.
She is survived by her husband, Damon “Jr.” Kudronowicz; her daughter, Brenda (significant other, Gene Gagas) Zdroik; her granddaughter, Stephanie (Kevin) Koch; great grandchildren, Brealynn, Jaxson and Madaelyn; her siblings, Bernadine “Sissy” (Bill) Galecki, Debra Addis, Colleen (Bob) Clark, Tommy (Teri) Levreau and Maureen (Andre) Mueller; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Timothy Zdroik and Chad Kudronowicz, daughter, Lynette Kudronowicz; grandson, Carl Burdick and siblings, Dennis Newby, Ralph Levreau and Virginia Jelinski and brother-in-law, Michael Addis.
To honor Myrna and her favorite holiday, please wear Christmas attire. A game of Bingo will be played at 1:30 p.m. in Myrna’s honor. The winner of the Bingo game will get half of the prize money and the remainder will be used for medical expenses.
