Ricky L. Engstrom
January 31, 1955 — February 12, 2021
Ricky L. Engstrom, age 66, of Hancock, passed away unexpectedly, Friday evening February 12, 2021 at Thedacare Hospital in Waupaca.
He was born January 31, 1955 in Milwaukee the son of Robert W. and Priscilla (Vanderken) Engstrom. On August 22, 1981 he married Evelyn R. Ebeling.
Ricky was a graduate of Madison High School in Milwaukee. After graduation Ricky served his country in the United States Air Force from 1973 and being honorably discharged on December 21, 1977. Ricky enjoyed spending time hunting, fishing and being with family and friends. He will be fondly remembered for his many woodworking’s of furniture and knickknacks.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Evelyn Engstrom, Hancock; two daughters, Stacy (Mark Durrant) Kniprath, Christine L. Sheppard; his grandchildren, Ashley (Josh Tetting) Engstrom, Joshua Wilson, Kaylee and Tiffany Sheppard, Adam, Joey, William,Tommy, Mariah (Kyle Pavek) Durrant; great grandchildren, Gunner, Waylon, Evie, Jasper, Grayson, Sealth, Gavin, Lillianna, Braelynn and Reilly; his siblings, Daniel (Jean) Engstrom and Steven (Cathy) Engstrom; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 11:30 am in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield. Burial in the Hancock Cemetery with full military honors.
