Robert "Bob" C. Saeger
September 20, 1964 — April 18, 2021
Robert C. Saeger, age 56, of Bancroft, passed away peacefully, Sunday afternoon, April 18, 2021 at his home with his family at his side.
He was born September 20, 1964 in Wisconsin Rapids, Wood County, Wisconsin. He married Laura J. Czlapinski on April 21, 1990 in Wautoma.
Bob loved working for Taterland Farms (Gary Woyak) doing farm work. He also loved being outdoors, hunting, fishing, trapping and spending time with family and friends.
He leaves behind his wife, Laura J. Saeger; his son, Charlie L. (Molly) Saeger; his grandchildren, Evelyn, Mason and Madelyn; a very caring loving aunt, Betty Petrusky; his brother, Garry (Mary Janiszewski) Saeger; sister, Lori (Richard) Yach; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles R. Saeger and son, Jamie L. Saeger and uncle, Benny Petrusky.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 2:30 pm in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield. Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 pm Friday evening in the Stahl Funeral Home and from 1:30 pm Saturday until the time of services. Burial will follow in the Plainfield Cemetery.
