Scott H. Chamberlain

Scott H. Chamberlain , age 44, of Bancroft, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, Friday October 8, 2021.

He was born July 12, 1977 in Stevens Point, the son of Randy and Jackie (James Dio) Chamberlain. He

married Jodi R. Kolodziej on August 30, 2003.

Scott had many passions but being outdoors hunting and fishing was at the top, along with his family. Many

special memories were made with his grandfather and father while hunting and shooting trap. “Immerse

He is survived by his parents, Randy Chamberlain and Jackie (James) Dio wife, Jodi R. Chamberlain; his children, Brayden and Jayce Chamberlain; his his grandfather,

Kenneth Chamberlain; his uncles, Craig Chamberlain and John (Candy) Johnson; His aunts, Jennifer Wilson

and Jill Johnson; his sisters, Trish Chamberlain (Jamie McPherson) and Lindsey (Matthew) Smith, Tennie Dio,

and Paula Jacobs; his brothers, Shannon Dio, Charles Dio, Ledan Dio, and Brandon Dio; He is further survived

by his loving cousins and many special friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Patricia Chamberlain and Bernice Johnson; his grandfather Nils

Johnson; his brother Daniel O’Keefe; his sisters Dora Lynn and Dawn O’Keefe; and his cousin Karinda

Williams.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
