Scott A. Otterson

Scott A. Otterson, age 59, of Plainfield, passed away Tuesday afternoon, November 29, 2016 as a result of a motor vehicle accident.

He was born December 8, 1956 in Moorehead, MN., the son of Robert and Mary (Clemens) Otterson.

Scott grew up in Minot, ND. He was employed as a Union Lineman for many years where he worked and traveled throughout the United States.  He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and loved the outdoors. Scott was always reaching out to help others.

He is survived by his fiancee’ Donna Reith of Plainfield; his canine companion, Bailee; his father, Robert Otterson; his sisters and brothers, Sherry Wilson, Mike Otterson, Monica Otterson, Debbie Cree and Todd Otterson; a special niece, Brooke Otterson; further survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and many special friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 12:00 noon in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Burial will be in the St. Paul’s Catholic Cemetery, Plainfield, Wisconsin.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of services.  A memorial has been established in Scott’s name.  Please take a moment to share a memory or condolence with the family at www.plainfieldfuneralhome.com.  The Stahl Funeral Home of Plainfield is assisting the family with arrangements.
