Vernon C. Erickson

Vernon C. Erickson, age 84, of Plainfield, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023 at House of Dove in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
He was born August 24, 1938 at home to Charles and Elsie (Reihhart) Erickson. On September 1, 1956 he married Mary Schmackel and together had two loving children, Barbara and Rick.
He was a lifetime resident of Plainfield. He worked at his own auto body business for many years. He enjoyed going to car shows, watching NASCAR, he was an Elvis Fan and an avid car collector.
He is survived by his daughter, Barbara (Phillip) Keenlance and Rick (Rita) Erickson; eight grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 12 noon at the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. Thursday until the time of services. Stahl Funeral Services assisted the family with arrangements, www.stahlfuneralhome
