Wayne Tidd

Wayne G. Tidd, age 85, of Schofield, formerly of Hancock, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Kennedy Park in Schofield.
He was born September 15, 1929 in Grand Haven, Michigan the son of Orville and Myrtle (Britton) Tidd. He married Evelyn Swiftney on May 27, 1946 in Michigan. She preceded him in death.
Mr. Tidd was an Administrator for the Waukegan School District in Waukegan, Illinois for many years. Wayne was also an ordained Methodist minister.
He is survived by his son, Preston (Patty) Tidd and their children, Patti Tidd and Jason (Renee) Tidd; his daughter, Joanne (Jerry) Niemi and their family; further survived by grandchildren, Nathan Tidd, Patti Tidd and her daughter, Brianna Rose Tidd; and Jason (Renee) Tidd and their son Vincent Tidd.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, son Terone N. Tidd and daughter Wilene D. Krason.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Leikness & Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield with the Rev. Dale W. Bahls officiating. Burial will be in the Good Shephard Cemetery, Coloma. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. Tuesday until the time of services.
