Diane Marie (Kopach) Kemnetz

Diane M. Kemnetz, age 71, of Hancock, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly Wednesday morning, February 15, 2017 at her home.

She was born November 3, 1945 in Marshfield, the daughter of Paul and Muriel (Fitzsimmmons) Kopach.  She married Keith H. Kemnetz on September 2, 1963 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wautoma.

Diane graduated from Westfield High School in 1963.  She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.  Diane was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a devoted caregiver to many young children.

She is survived by her husband, Keith H. Kemnetz, Hancock; her children, Shelly (Greg) Kyles, DePere, Paula (Jay) Lewallen, Wild Rose, Jim (Tammy) Kemnetz, Wausau, Kevin (Wanda) Kemnetz, Oshkosh, Danny (Dawn) Kemnetz, Hancock, Heather (Rusty) Smith, Hancock, Jeremy (Kelley) Kemnetz, Hancock; her loving grandchildren, Alyssa (Paul) Vepraskas, Taylor and Rachel Kyles, Jeremy Michael, Travis, Alex and Lindsey Lewallen, Katie (Joe) Trzebiatowski, Victoria Kemnetz, Brianna Moore, Tanner and Jacob Segor, Ryan Kemnetz, Elizabeth and Shawn Kemnetz, Kristen Kemnetz, Sydney and Austin Smith, Chase, Karley and Cameron Kemnetz; great grandchildren Hayle and Aubrey Lewallen, Miles and Andrew Vepraskas; her brothers and sisters, Margaret (Ron) Nigbor, John (Judy) Kopach, Katy (Tom) Congdon, Joe (Lana) Kopach, Paul (Nancy) Kopach, David (Sue) Kopach, further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many special friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Muriel Kopach and her father and mother-in-law Vilas and Isabell Kemnetz.

Visitation will be held on Sunday February 19, 2017 from 10am-1pm at Stahl Funeral Home in Plainfield, with a service to follow.  Luncheon at Hancock Community Center following service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
