Peter P. Cychosz

Peter P. Cychosz, age 66, of Bancroft, passed away Monday morning, July 3, 2017 at his home.

He was born October 18, 1950 in Chicago, the son of Ernest and Ann (Petrusky) Cychosz.  He married Sandra Jean Golla-Johnson on July 7, 2001.

Peter was employed at McCain Foods for 28 years before his retirement.  An avid outdoorsmen, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding ATV.  His greatest love was spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra J. Cychosz; his stepchildren, Joseph (Rachael) Johnson, Tammy Johnson; his step grandchildren, Gunnar, Anton and Ivar Johnsonhis siblings, Erenst (Phyllis) Cychosz, Edward (Lorraine) Cychosz, Linda Cychosz, Sandy (Gene) Bula; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield.  Burial will be in the Guardian Angel Cemetery, Almond.  Visitation will be held from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the Stahl Funeral Home, Plainfield and from 9:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home before proceeding to the Guardian Angel Cemetery.  To share your condolences or a special memory, please visit, www.stahlfuneralhome.com
